The complimentary collectible launches October 1 at two pickup locations, with no event ticket required to claim it.

Universal Orlando Annual Passholders Get Halloween Horror Nights Magnet Featuring Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow

Universal Orlando revealed the October Annual Passholder magnet, and this one celebrates Halloween Horror Nights with a dual image of Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. The complimentary collectible will be available starting October 1 at two locations across Universal Orlando Resort, and Passholders do not need to attend Halloween Horror Nights to pick one up.

The magnet features blood splattered UOAP Passholder text surrounded by a red curtain. The O in the resort abbreviation displays a split image showing Jack the Clown on one half and Dr. Oddfellow on the other, bringing together two of the event's most recognizable icon characters in a single design.

Passholders can pick up the magnet starting October 1 at the UOAP Lounge in Universal Islands of Adventure from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at The Tonight Shop in Universal Studios Florida from park open to close. The magnet does not require attendance at Halloween Horror Nights, making it accessible to all Annual Passholders regardless of whether they plan to visit the separately ticketed event.

The October magnet continues Universal Orlando's monthly tradition of offering collectible freebies to Annual Passholders. The program gives Passholders a rotating selection of themed items tied to seasonal events, park milestones, or resort experiences throughout the year.

September Wristlet Keychain Still Available Through Month End

Passholders can still pick up the special wristlet keychain during Passholder Appreciation Days through September 30. That collectible remains available at the same pickup locations during the same hours, giving Passholders a few more weeks to claim the September item before the Halloween Horror Nights magnet takes over as the featured freebie.

Universal Orlando also offers UOAP exclusive Halloween Horror Nights merchandise for sale. That merchandise gives Passholders access to items designed specifically for Annual Passholders attending the event, separate from the general Halloween Horror Nights retail lineup available to all guests.

Jack and Oddfellow Return as Halloween Horror Nights Icons

Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow both hold significant roles in Halloween Horror Nights history. Jack the Clown first appeared as the event icon in 2000 and returned multiple times, becoming one of the most recognizable faces of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando. His maniacal presence and twisted carnival aesthetic made him a fan favorite icon who defined the tone of the event during his years at the helm.

Dr. Oddfellow debuted more recently but quickly became a standout icon. His unsettling Victorian era aesthetic and dark carnival themes brought a different flavor to Halloween Horror Nights, blending psychological horror with twisted spectacle. Pairing the two characters on a single magnet brings together different eras of Halloween Horror Nights iconography in one collectible.

The magnet gives Passholders a way to celebrate Halloween Horror Nights without needing to purchase a ticket to the separately ticketed event. Halloween Horror Nights operates on select nights from September through early November, with tickets sold separately from regular park admission. The event features haunted houses, scare zones, and live entertainment designed around horror themes ranging from original concepts to intellectual property partnerships.
