Universal Orlando Launches $199 Unlimited Visit Ticket for Florida Resident
The limited ticket gives Florida residents unlimited access to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure through December 16, 2026.
Universal Orlando Resort has introduced a new ticket that could make repeat visits much more affordable for Florida residents.
The new Unlimited Days Florida Resident Ticket costs $199 plus tax and allows guests to visit Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure as often as they want through December 16, 2026.

The ticket includes Park to Park access, meaning guests can move between both parks on the same day rather than choosing only one. It also includes access to the Hogwarts Express, which connects Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida with Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure.
For Florida residents who live close enough to visit several times throughout the year, the offer works almost like a temporary seasonal pass. Guests could use it for summer visits, return during the fall, and continue visiting once Universal Orlando begins celebrating the holidays.

Unlike a traditional multiday ticket, visits do not have to take place on consecutive days. Guests can spread their visits across the remaining months of 2026, as long as they complete their first visit on or after the starting date selected during purchase.
The entire ticket expires on December 16, even if it is purchased later in the year. Any remaining admission after that date will be lost.
There are some important exclusions to know about before purchasing.
The ticket only includes Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It does not include Universal Epic Universe or Universal Volcano Bay.
That means guests hoping to visit attractions such as Stardust Racers, Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment, Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, or Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge at Epic Universe will still need separate admission.
The ticket also excludes separately ticketed events. Halloween Horror Nights is not included, even though the event takes place at Universal Studios Florida during the promotional period. Guests attending Halloween Horror Nights will need to purchase a separate event ticket.
Regular daytime admission on Halloween Horror Nights event dates is still included. However, ticket holders will need to leave Universal Studios Florida when normal park operations end unless they also have valid admission for the nighttime event.
Parking is not included with the ticket. Discounts on food, merchandise, hotels, and other purchases are also not included, which separates this offer from a traditional Universal Orlando Annual Pass.
The ticket is only available to Florida residents and is not sold at the front gate. Guests must purchase it online through Universal Orlando’s website.
Adults will need to provide valid proof of Florida residency. Accepted documents include a Florida driver’s license, a Florida state identification card, a government issued identification card showing a Florida address, a Florida voter registration card with a matching photo identification card, or identification from a Florida college or university.

Universal Orlando currently lists its least expensive Florida Resident Seasonal Pass at a higher price, but that pass remains valid for a longer period and includes additional passholder benefits. The better option will depend on how often someone plans to visit, whether they need parking benefits, and whether they expect to continue visiting after December.
For someone planning a few visits before the end of 2026, the $199 ticket could still offer significant value. A guest who visits four times would effectively pay about $50 per visit before tax, while someone visiting six times would bring that average closer to $33.
Universal Orlando’s Unlimited Days Florida Resident Ticket is available now through the resort’s official website. Admission is valid at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure through December 16, 2026.
